1 Scope

• This policy covers every amount a Company pays through the platform for a campaign with Creators (advertisers), and subscription fees.
• All amounts are in Saudi riyals.

2 Cancelling before work starts: full refund

• If the Company cancels a deal before work on it starts, 100% of its value, including commission, is refunded with no fees.
• Work starts when the deal moves to the content-preparation stage, or when the campaign product is shipped to the Creator, whichever happens first.

3 Cancelling after work starts

• Each campaign is assessed deal by deal.
• Fully refunded: any deal on which work has not started.
• Not refunded: deals that have been completed and delivered, or whose product has been shipped and work has begun. In these cases the Creator has already provided the service or incurred its cost.

4 Non-delivery or breach of the brief

If the Creator does not deliver the content by the agreed date, the Company gets either:

• a full refund of that deal's value; or
• if it prefers, a replacement Creator at the same value.

The same applies if the Creator delivers content that breaches the approved brief and does not fix it after feedback.

5 Subscription fees

• Subscriptions are paid once per period (monthly or yearly) and do not renew automatically. If a period ends without renewal, the account returns to the free plan.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the law requires otherwise.

6 How to request a refund

• Email flfluencerai@gmail.com from your account email, with the campaign name and payment date.
• We reply within 3 business days.
• If the request is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method:
  • Card payments through Moyasar: refunded to the same card. This usually appears within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank.
  • Bank transfers: refunded to the Company's bank account.
• We charge no fees for refunds.

7 General

• This policy is read together with the Terms & Conditions and the pricing page.
• Any change applies only to new campaigns and subscriptions.
